Do I have to be there during delivery and pick up?

It is best to be there for delivery but not required,
You can send a picture via text or place a marker of some sort at the location you want the dumpster placed.
It is not required to be there at pick up, just be sure there is nothing in front of the dumpster and the door is closed securely.

How do I load the dumpster?

Accepted Answer

There is a door on the back of the dumpster so you can easily load it. Just be sure not to overfill and do not have anything sticking up that will cause tarp damage.

Can I have the dumpster placed on the street?

Accepted Answer

The dumpster cannot be put on the street without a permit. The customer needs to acquire The permit from the city or township and must be set up prior to delivery. Safety cones will be provided and permit must be attached to the dumpster.

How do I pay for the dumpster?

Accepted Answer

Payment is required at drop off or you can pay with a credit card prior to delivery.
Method of payment: a check, cash or credit card is accepted as payment. however if a credit card is used there is a 3 1/2 percent bank fee. No other payment methods such as PayPal or other electronic bank services are accepted.

When will you pick up the dumpster?

Dumpster rentals are for 7 days but can be picked up sooner if you are finished.
Additional days can be added to the rental for an additional charge but sometimes I do make exceptions.

Dirt, bricks, or rocks
Large amounts of yard
Waste.

Are dumpsters available For yard waste?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I can provide a dumpster for yard waste but it must be yard waste only. no other types of material or trash can be mixed with yard waste because it goes into a separate location at the Landfill. Prohibited items also include wood with nails, large amounts of dirt, or large stumps. Dumpster rates for yard waste are generally a bit lower in cost.

What is the best way to order a dumpster?

Phone calls are the best way to order a dumpster so we can go through the details for what is going in the dumpster and your location to give you the best rate possible, also to set up the day and time for delivery. I can send a text when I am in route with the dumpster if preferred.
You can also submit a request online for a dumpster and I will Respond asap.

Are there extra charges for certain items?

Yes, the landfill charges extra for mattresses, box springs, tires and appliances that contain Freon or previously contained Freon.
The list of charges are at the bottom of the home page.

Yes, dumpsters can be delivered the same day most of the time.

Do you provide dumpsters for shingles?

Accepted Answer

Yes, to calculate cost for shingles I need to know how many square of shingles are going to be replaced and if there are multiple layers.
There may be additional weight charges if you go over the agreement.
